Wear To Work With Catherines

Thank you to my friends over at Catherines for sponsoring this post.

Have you ever had clothes here, clothes there, clothes everywhere? I look around and clothes are in abundance, but (sigh)I have nothing never to wear.  Due to a massive closet clear out, I have a hard time finding something to cute and comfy to wear to work. With constant movement throughout the day, being comfortable at work is an all-time must for this teacher here. My Catherines friends know exactly what a true fit needs to be: fun, functional, and fabulous at work.

As of late, I am noticing a pattern when looking for wear-to-work looks. Color and comfort is key. Finding great colorful pieces like the Georgette Brushstroke Kimono (GBK) will have you set for the office or classroom. The GBK will brighten up any look that you create. With simple tricks of changing the color of your tank, you can create multiple looks within seconds.

Depending on your work environment, Catherines has you covered for the perfect pant as well. Personally, I have fallen in love with their Ponte Knit Legging with Front Seam (PKL). Ladies, if you love a pull-on pant then this legging is for you. This is max-level comfort! The PKL is a thick knit which holds its shape throughout the day as you move about. There is nothing like a great fitting pant that keeps its structure the entire day. No one likes a sagging pant. So when I think of comfort at work, the PKL is always my go-to. Do not worry if you are a Lady whom loves a classic trouser, The Universal Pant is the pant for you. With a button front closure, front and back pockets, and a straight leg this pant is made for the office. The elastic waist band allows the pants to move and stretch without causing that rash across the stomach area.

I created two looks with Georgette Brushstroke Kimono to give you ideas on how to take a statement and transform it to your personal style. In the first look, I wanted to showcase my personal style by using color. Pairing the Georgette Brushstroke Kimono with the Vivid Viola Suprema Cami with Lace and the Midnight Ponte Knit Leggings with Front Seam. To tie the look together, I added a magenta pump to give it an additional pop of color.

The second look is more for the reserve taste. The lady who likes a splash of color, but keep it modest. Here, I paired the Georgette Brushstroke Kimono with the Suprema Tank in White with the classic Universal Pant in Midnight. I finished this look off with a navy mule to give a classic look to the GBK.
