Alot of people love the Fall and Winter as it is their time to shine! It is the time of the year where they can pull out their outerwear to coordinate their look for the seasons.  I love to see the men in their bomber vests and jackets or their blazers to create a Fall/Winter look. The ladies bring out their trench coats and sweaters with their knee boots. All of this had me pondering, "What are some must haves for the Fall/Winter Seasons...... Texture". Yes, we all must have texture in these seasons. Whether it is Corduroy, Velvet, Brocade, Cable Knit, or Faux Suede, texture is a must this season. I have rounded up a few textured pieces. Enjoy!

I will share a secret with you all. I am not a fan of most textures, especially velvet and corduroy, but I love a great knit sweater. It may be rare when I wear a sweater but when I do, I like to make a statement. To my amazement, when I saw the Boyfriend Cardigan, I knew it was a must-have item. The oversized knit cardigan is perfect for those chilly Fall nights and cold winter days. The softness of the cardigan will make you think that Calgon made the sweater. Yes, it is just that cozy. What is even better is the Boyfriend Cardigan is available in three colors: white, gray, and hunter green.

This look was inspired by a weekend out in the city: a cute look with some comfortable boots for walking. Who does not wanna be cute and comfy? I do not purchase Fall/Winter clothing often, so I pick up key pieces that will transition into my version of fall. Here, I have a colorful tunic (old) paired with the Vinyl Mini Skirt. (Yes, this is my summer fit.) Since the temps are dropping, I added the Boyfriend Cardigan to give me warmth and texture to the look. In the efforts of keeping warm, I wore the Rock It Pointed Toe Flat Boot.
