Are you aware of The Loft? Yes, Ann Taylor Loft. Did you know they carry plus sizes online now? Ann Taylor is known for their mature, conservative business attire while Loft is geared towards the casual adult.
Loft introduced their plus-size line back in February and I haven't looked back. As I was skeptical of the brand (since I'm a bubble shape), I must admit I am utterly impressed. During their first launch I purchased the yellow paper bag pants. My first impression was amazement. The quality and price was perfect for the working profession who loves the business-cas feel.
To my knowledge, Loft updates their product list bi-weekly with new products. My favorites from Loft this summer have been their collection of shorts. Yes, shorts!!! I am stepping out that box and trying more shorts this summer. If you are looking for comfortable, stylish, and cute prints then Loft is just for you.

When I saw the Bloom Tie Waist Fluid Shorts, they were a must have. The fun vibrant print just screamed summertime. For the look, simplicity is key. I paired the Bloom Tie Waist Shorts with a black ruffle sleeve tee to add contrast to the print. This look was perfect for my day shopping with Mom. With the lightweight fabric and flexibility to move, the shorts are easily my favorite. As I wore the shorts for the remainder of the day, I noticed a few things but overall perfection. The material is not wrinkle resistant at all. As a matter of fact, as soon as you sit, the wrinkles form. Just keep a portable steamer on hand and you will be A-Ok......lol... Just joking. As the day progressed, I also noticed that the band of the shorts stretched out. If you are in between sizes as I am, you may want to size down.
