Wickd Confections Candle

In the words of the "BEYONCE", I am out that H-Town, comin down, comin down, comin comin down. Beyonce let it be known that she is Houston proud, and so I am. I was born and raised in the “H.” Houstonians  are known for their love of the city and one another. Supporting local restaurants, bands, and companies is the norm in Houston. So it is no surprise for me to support my Houstonian sister. Sonja of Wickd Confections Candles reached out to me to review two of her products. Without a doubt, I was on board to support my sister.

The Afterglow Luminous Body Balm is infused with moisturizing organic oils and butters with pink and gold shimmers. The citrus martini scent is absolutely amazing. The scent captivates your nostrils instantly. Did I state the balm has moisturizing organic oils and butter? OMG! The balm glides on so soft and smooth. It instantly starts to melt into the skin upon touch. Afterglow Luminous Body Balm will definitely give you a golden glow.

Ladies, what are your immediate thoughts when you smell a product for the first time and it is pure heaven? When I used the Coffee Toffee Candy Coated Whipped Body Scrub, I was instantly reminded of early mornings at my grandmother's house. I use to sit with her at the table and sip coffee. This is was our morning girl time routine. The Coffee Toffee Candy Coated Whipped Body Scrub took my senses back to those days. I love how the whipped body scrub leaves the skin feeling clean and exfoliated without dryness. Please be aware that this product contains real coffee beans.

Overall, I was truly pleased with my experience of Wickd Confections Candles. I can not wait to place my order. I am looking forward to trying the Moisture Rich Black Raspberry Vanilla Artisan Soap, Royal Nectar, Creamy Goat Milk Artisan Soap and the Birthday Cake Bath Fizzy.

The collaboration of Wickd Confections and Kasidy’s Kloset has truly touched my heart. My grandmother was diagnosed with breast cancer when I was 5 years old. She finally lost her battle with Cancer in 2005. Supporting breast cancer awareness month is very close to home and personal for me. So being reminded of those mornings sipping coffee with my grandmother has sentimental value.
