Houston Blogger Closet Sale

I have officially conquered my first closet sale with the assistance of Chimee of Around The Way Gyrl. Going into this event, I was very nervous because I didn't know what to expect. I am so happy that I stepped out of the box and conquered my fears to participate in the Bloggers Closet Sale. One advantage of being a blogger is creating new friendships and sisterhoods with ladies that have very similar interests as oneself.



The highlight of the day was interacting with the guests that came out in the rain to support the event. I loved meeting all of the ladies and gentlemen that stopped by to shower us with their love. Being a stylist has never been a thought for me, but I enjoyed showing the guest some of my pieces and assisting with styling options.





Of course, the guests were the main attractions here, but I was so excited to meet to MiMi of MeYe Label and the fellow bloggers. The online relationships that we have built to be supportive of one another is fantastic although, there is nothing like the real thing baby….lol. It was truly a pleasure to meet everyone and get re-acquainted with others.

Last, but not least, I have to give a special shoutout to Katrina of Paint Appetite for being my assistant and artist. Katrina is responsible for the display table and decor. Although we have been friends since high school, there is nothing like the support of your friend and sister in love. Thank you again Katrina for being supportive and helpful.
                                  

Now Ladies, you know that I couldn't leave without doing an impromptu photoshoot in my cherry blossom dress from ELOQUII. When this dress came in, I was instantly in love. I can not tell you how much I love this dress. The colors, style, material, hardware, and print is to die for. I absolutely love everything about this dress. I mixed my metallics by adding a silver flat to complete this look.

    If you need corporate event venues San Francisco, know that verbal communication might cause misunderstandings and problems later. So, it is always a good idea to get things like invitations sent and confirmations received in writing.
