The Perfect Office Party Look = Over-sized Duster + Ponte Leggings

I am singing "Where the party at" by Jagged Edge in my head. I mean, where are the holiday parties?

The Holiday Season is here, once again. All over the city, companies are preparing for their annual Christmas party or office holiday party. As an educator, office parties are not the norm but if I were to attend one, I would make sure I was uber stylish for the event.

Ladies, this look was created just for you! It is an easy, transitional look. You can attend that stuffy office party and then head out to date night with Bae or my fave, a ladies' night out.

Today's sample consists of a simple, cotton long-sleeve white tee with Ponte knit pants. This fierce look can be transformed into the perfect holiday ensemble with a winter inspired tweed over-sized duster vest. (Ladies, an over-sized duster is the ideal fashion statement when you want to conceal those areas like your tummy or hips.)

The over-sized tweed vest from Lane Bryant will give you the holiday cheer with its versatility. I've paired it with a long-sleeved tee shirt, but you can easily pair it with a turtleneck sweater and still look fab.

I chose a Ponte knit pants from Lane Bryant. However, there are so many possibilities. Tap into your inner style diva and pair the vest with skinny jeans, cigarette pants, a pencil midi skirt or dress, or even some culottes.

Until next time Ladies, I hope you like this full-filled sample of the Office Party Look.

  5. They are thick, not see through, soft, and extremely comfortable. As a wear alone legging or a workout legging I would highly recommend alo yoga clothes. With that being said, I recently found a hole along the seam in one of my pairs of leggings.
