Black In the City

Dress - HERE, Clutch - HERE, Shoes- Similar, Necklace - HERE

Ladies, there is nothing better than a girls' day out in the city. Today, I supported a good friend of mine at her first event. The perfect outfit for the girls' day out was this fabulous The Queens Vow Turtleneck Skater Midi dress from Rebdolls. The dress was perfect for a Sunday outing or just because you wanted to be SEXACATED. Yes, I just made up a word...lol... meaning when you want to be sexy and sophisticated at the same time. This dress is a dress that you would dress up for church or accessorize down for a brunch. The fabric is the perfect weight for the southern cities that are still reaching the 90's. With this look, I believe less is more. I paired the dress with a beaded statement necklace from Aldo, a natural snakeskin clutch with fringes from Aldo, and a blush color nude pump. It's from Aldo but I think I purchased them at DSW.

Ladies, please check out rebdolls when you have a moment. They have some nice pieces that will transition into the fall. (I can not wait to get my 2 piece skater sets in a week.) Speaking of Fall, the makeup paired with this look was a natural eye with a bold smoked out purple lip from MakeupEver.

If you can not tell, I am so in love with this dress. I promise you would fall in love with it too. Hmmmm.... Did I mention that it has pockets too...lol. I am such a sucker for pockets.

Thank You Ladies,
Black in the City

    1. Ashley, no they do not. I just wish they would make more colorful pieces instead of playing it safe all of the time.
